General Boarding Policies

(1)  Boarding reservations are normally available throughout the year.  Historically, we do fill up early on major

holidays, especially Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.  It is highly recommended that you provide us

with your reservation details as early as possible during those times.

At the present time, there is no penalty for cancelling your reservation.  However, we would appreciate your

notification of cancellation as soon as your plans change.

(2)  All boarding charges must be paid in full at the time of pick-up.  We accept cash, credit, or debit cards.  If an

owners agent has been designated to pick up a boarder, please make sure that proper payment arrangements

have been made with our office.

(3)  We would appreciate boarders arriving and departing during normal office hours, however, in cases of

unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to accomodate your schedule.

(4)  Pets will only be released to the owner or owners agent with written permission.  Sorry, no exceptions !!

Dog Boarding Policies

(1)  For safety purpose, all dog boarders are required to have current immunizations which

include Rabies, Bordetella (Kennel Cough), and a Canine Distemper/Parvovirus combination.

(2)  Our service includes the provision of a premium dry food diet (Hills Science Diet ® Canine

Maintenance) fed twice daily.  However, it is highly recommended that owners provide us with

their dogs food and feeding schedules to help avoid potential digestive disturbances from diet

changes.  This is especially true for boarders that will only be staying with us for a night or two.

(3)  For obvious safety and liability concerns, we will not board unsocialized or aggressive dogs.

(4)  We prefer puppies to be house trained when they come to board, especially if they will be

staying with us longer than a few days.  In fact, we prefer not to board any puppy less than 4

months of age for more than a night or two.  We will, however, accomodate your special

circumstances.

Cat Boarding Policies

(1)  For safety purposes, all cat

boarders are required to have

current immunizations which

include Rabies, and a Feline

Distemper combination.

(2)  Our service includes the

provision of a premium dry food

diet (Hills Science Diet ® Feline

Maintenance) fed twice daily.

However, it is highly

recommended that owners

provide us with their cats own

food and feeding schedules to

help avoid potential digestive

disturbances from diet changes.

This is especially true for

boarders that will only be staying

with us for a night or two.

We look forward to having your pet stay with us while you are out of town !!  Call today for a

reservation.
